Lumio for arcades
Every table, lane and party night booked without picking up.
Ember answers your arcade's phone, books tables, lanes and private hire by the hour, and saves quiet inquiries so your team can call back.

Where arcades lose bookings
Late-night calls
The busiest hours on the floor are the busiest hours on the phone.
Corporate and group nights
Team events need a quick quote, or they book somewhere else.
Quiet inquiries
Callers who ask about prices and hang up are never followed up.
How Lumio handles it
1
Ember answers
As your venue, day or night, busy or closed.
2
It's booked
The right room, session or package at the right price, waiting for your OK.
3
Nobody slips away
Callers who don't book are saved for your team to call back.
Founding venues, limited spots
Be one of our founding venues.
We're onboarding a small group of venues who want a direct line to the team building Lumio. Founding venues get locked-in pricing, white-glove setup and a real say in our roadmap.
Or just call Ember: (447) 223-5205. It picks up.
